Attorney Anthony Nguyen Will Speak At the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA) 11th Annual Conference - Shegerian Law

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 11, 2017  — Anthony Nguyen, attorney and partner at Los Angeles-based employment discrimination firm Shegerian & Associates will be speaking at the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA) 11 [th] Annual Conference in Orange County, California. The conference will take place on September 15 [th] and 16 [th] at the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.

The theme of this year’s event is “Dream, Imagine, Achieve,” which Nguyen says is very fitting. “The annual NCVAA conference is the perfect place to get inspired by other legal professionals who are working tirelessly to make their dreams come true,” Nguyen says.

Mr. Nguyen will join three other attorneys on an employment law panel that explores the common causes of claims that employees file against their employers, including wage/hour violations, discrimination, and sexual harassment. Some of the topics that the panel will be covering include best practices to prevent litigation, trends in the workplace, and tips on handling claims from start to finish.

“It is an honor to serve on the ‘Causes of Actions, Defenses, and Best Practices in Employment/Labor Law Litigation’ panel at the NCVAA conference,” Nguyen states. “I look forward to engaging in a lively discussion with my fellow panelists about such an important topic.”
