“Women across the country come to work everyday with the expectation they will be treated fairly and equally, but this case proves some organizations do not have female employees’ best interests in mind,” Shegerian states. “Diversity at the top makes a company more valuable, and it’s a shame Qualcomm did not recognize this, instead choosing to hire and promote mainly men for their senior level positions.”
