Jacob A. Sanandaji is a distinguished Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates. With his extensive experience handling all aspects of employment litigation case management involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace violations, Mr. Sanandaji delivers exceptional and unwavering assistance to his clients to redress their wrongs.

It was during law school that Mr. Sanandaji first joined Shegerian & Associates as a law clerk, where he engaged in significant law and motion practice, drafted all pleadings, and discovery practices, and continued until he became an associate. Even before joining Shegerian & Associates as a law clerk, Mr. Sanandaji worked at a number of prominent civil litigation firms, where he gained significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation, setting himself up to “hit the ground running” for any firm he worked at.

Mr. Sanandaji received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Thereafter, Mr. Sanandaji obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he graduated with a concentration in Civil Litigation and Trial Advocacy. During law school, Mr. Sanandaji served on multiple legal associations and served as an advocate for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing Pro Se Mediation Advocacy Clinic, where he successfully negotiated one of the highest settlements in the clinic’s history.

When Mr. Sanandaji is not advocating for the wrongfully terminated, you can find him trying new restaurants, traveling to new destinations, and going for runs in his neighborhood.
