Trial Attorney

Mr. Hale is a Trial Attorney at Shegerian and Associates. Prior to his time at Shegerian & Associates, Mr. Hale practiced in various fields of litigation, including catastrophic injury law, business law, consumer class action (e.g., Levin v. Nike Inc., et al.), entertainment/copyright law (e.g., Gaye v. Thicke), and Title IX Sexual Assault (e.g., Portillo v. UC Regents). Since approximately 2016, Mr. Hale has practiced exclusively in employment and labor law, representing employees in disputes involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wage and hour violations, and violations of medical, pregnancy, and family leave laws. For several years, Mr. Hale has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, having secured tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.

Mr. Hale obtained his Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law. During his time at UCLA, Mr. Hale worked at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he fought on behalf of low-income tenants around Los Angeles against exploitative landlords.
