Zachary Lynch

Trial Attorney

Zachary Lynch is a Trial Attorney with Shegerian & Associates. His work includes all aspects of case management in employment matters. Since joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Lynch has obtained significant litigation experience at all stages.

As trial counsel, Mr. Lynch secured a $1.25 million jury verdict for retaliation and failure to engage in the interactive process.

Mr. Lynch received his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, specializing in its nationally acclaimed environmental law program. Mr. Lynch served as Associate Editor for Animal Law Review and was on the board of the campus’ Labor and Employment Law Society. Professionally, while in law school, he completed internships with the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s Office and Vancouver City Attorney’s Office—Civil Division. As a certified law clerk, Mr. Lynch drafted pleadings, assisted in depositions and mediations, and made regular court appearances.
