An experienced plaintiff’s trial attorney and negotiator, Mr. Urbanic has won employment cases on behalf of our clients in state and federal court and litigated employment matters in both California and Montana. Some of his significant verdicts include Incalza vs. Fendi (US District Court, Central District, California – $1.1 million); Lozano vs. Alcoa (Los Angeles Superior Court, $9.1 million); and Tovar vs. Bank of America (Los Angeles Superior Court, $1.6 million). He also serves as a Special Master for the State Bar of California.
