Jason Baker

Jason M. Baker serves as a Trial Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where he is dedicated to advocating for employees in a wide range of workplace disputes. With experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation and alternative dispute resolution at a prestigious law firm, Mr. Baker brings a well-rounded perspective to his practice. His passion for employee rights and strategic approach to case resolution allow him to achieve effective and just outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Shegerian & Associates, Mr. Baker gained valuable legal experience as a Student Law Clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Hardcore Gang Crimes unit in Compton, California. During law school, he was actively involved in student organizations, serving as Social Media Chair for the Black Law Students Association, and representing his school in national and international negotiation and arbitration competitions with the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Mr. Baker earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a focus on International Relations and Government. As a student-athlete, he was a member of UCLA’s Division I football team, demonstrating the discipline and dedication that he now applies to his legal career. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he attended on a Dean’s Academic Scholarship.
