Associate Attorney

Nare Davtyan

Nare Davtyan is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where she is committed to standing up for employees who have experienced discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other unlawful treatment in the workplace. She approaches each case with compassion, determination, and a deep understanding of employment law.

While attending Southwestern Law School, Ms. Davtyan gained valuable practical experience through legal externships, where she represented employees in both administrative and legal proceedings. These early experiences shaped her passion for advocacy and her commitment to ensuring fair treatment in the workplace.

After earning her Juris Doctor and passing the California Bar Exam in 2024, Ms. Davtyan broadened her perspective by representing both public and private sector employers in a variety of employment and business disputes. This dual-sided experience gives her a well-rounded view of employment law and informs her strategic approach to each case.

Ms. Davtyan graduated on the Dean’s Honor List from Woodbury University and received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School. Her drive to make a difference continues to guide her work as she helps clients navigate complex legal challenges and pursue meaningful resolutions.
