Associate Attorney
Rita Panjarjian
Rita Panjarjian serves as an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where she is dedicated to advocating for employee rights. She brings a focused and compassionate approach to her work, shaped by both academic experience and litigation training in employment law.
While earning her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Ms. Panjarjian deepened her passion for employment law through her work with the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution. She also served as an editor for the Loyola Interdisciplinary Journal of Public Interest Law, contributing to scholarship centered on social justice issues.
Prior to joining Shegerian & Associates, Ms. Panjarjian worked at a workers’ compensation defense firm, representing insurers across a wide range of claims. This role gave her a well-rounded understanding of the legal issues that impact both employers and employees in workplace disputes.
Ms. Panjarjian earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her balanced perspective and commitment to justice continue to guide her advocacy on behalf of employees across California.
