Linhchi Nguyen is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where she is committed to advocating for workers and underserved communities. Her prior experience involves working in employment class actions and representing unions in labor law matters.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Davis, where she graduated cum laude and was co-captain of the Mock Trial team. She also earned Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where she specialized in Critical Race Studies. During law school, she served as Vice President of Production for the Criminal Justice Law Review and Co-Chair for the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association. She was also involved in the El Centro Reentry Clinic where she provided intakes and declarations for post-convicted clients in their expungement petitions to help them qualify for jobs and graduate programs.

Altogether, these experiences enable her to lead with compassion and dedication to her clients when fighting for their rights.
