Marisol Gastelum is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where she brings a strong sense of purpose, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to client advocacy. As a proud first-generation Mexican-American attorney, Marisol is passionate about standing up for those whose voices often go unheard. She approaches every case with empathy, integrity, and a drive to achieve meaningful results.
Before joining the firm, Marisol gained valuable experience in the entertainment industry, working with leading companies such as United Talent Agency and Insomniac Events/Live Nation. In these roles, she advised high-profile talent and negotiated complex brand and content deals, sharpening her legal and business acumen.
Marisol earned her J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School, where she concentrated in Corporate Law and Entertainment & Media Law. While at Loyola, she made history as the first-ever Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Editor of the Loyola Law Review, a role she helped create and define—demonstrating her commitment to building a more inclusive and equitable legal community.
She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Chicanx Studies from UCLA, and she is fluent in Spanish.
