Ariella Mehrzadi

Ariella Mehrzadi, a proud first-generation college and law school graduate, was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2017, earning a spot on the Dean’s Honor List. In 2022, she obtained her Juris Doctorate (JD) from Loyola Law School.

During her time at Loyola, Ariella worked as a taxpayer rights advocate for the Tax Appeals Assistance Program (TAAP), representing clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds in their state income tax appeals with the State of California. She also gained valuable experience as a law clerk at, a personal injury firm, where she interacted with clients, drafted pleadings, and conducted discovery. Her litigation skills were further developed at a plaintiff firm, where she discovered her passion for employment law.

After passing the California State Bar exam in 2022, Ariella joined a plaintiff firm. There, she focused on litigating wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions on behalf of nonexempt employees. Her extensive litigation experience has equipped her with the skills needed to represent clients in all employment matters.

In her free time, Ariella enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and exploring new cuisines.
